Aves do Sudeste do Brasil is designed to work offline. This version does not require account creation, does not request precise location, does not record audio from the user, and does not depend on a proprietary backend for the main guide experience to work in trails or areas without service.

The app stores only local data needed for normal use, including guide layout mode, sort mode, selected bird-name display options, the 10 most recent sounds played, and custom species list selections. These data remain on the device itself and are not sent to app-operated servers in this version.

In this version, we do not require login, we do not intentionally collect in-app analytics or personal profile data, and we do not share user profile information from inside the app. If the app is installed, updated, or later purchased through Google Play, Google may process technical information under its own policies and terms.

The main guide is intended for offline use. The Ouvir mais (online) item is currently only a placeholder for a future feature and does not provide streaming in this version. This version also does not request microphone, contacts, photos, or external storage permissions for normal app use.

These local data remain on the device until the user clears the app's data or uninstalls the app.

If future versions add online features, in-app purchases, downloadable asset packs, analytics, or other data-processing behavior, this policy must be updated before publication.
